Nutella Cookies

During my short summer, I'm nannying the boys a couple times a week that I used to be a full time nanny for. I started with them in preschool and 3rd grade and now, they are going into 3rd and 7th grades! I have a few fun things planned to do with them but mostly they will be going to day camps on the days I have them. Today we are going to see Madagascar 3 and grab some yummy Golden Spoon. But yesterday, we made Nutella Cookies!

I already liked Nutella but I really fell in love with it in Italy when all our hotels served brioche with little Nutella packets for breakfast. The boys hadn't tried it before so I gave them each a small taste and it was love at first bite. There's a very simple recipe for the cookies I found:

1 cup Nutella
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 350, mix everything, place dollops on pan, bake 8-10 minutes...

DONE!

These are devilishly good so if you like Nutella, beware!
